LANDX X12 aluminium workboat with bow ramp

A 39′4″ aluminium workboat with the widest bow ramp in the range, built to carry full-size vehicles and heavy equipment across water.
The LANDX X12 is the flagship of the range. At an 11′10″ beam with a 9′10″ wide bow ramp, it’s the only LANDX model wide enough to load a full-size vehicle straight from shore, not just narrow equipment. Built from marine aluminium alloy 5083, it carries a max recommended load of 9,259 lb with up to 900 HP of outboard power, with room for 10 people on board. If the rest of the range is a truck on water, the X12 is the truck that can carry another truck.

Configure your X12

Choose the X12 layout that fits your work, route and loading needs
From an open cargo platform to a more protected cabin setup, every X12 keeps the same core strengths: a 39′4″ aluminium hull, a 9′10″ bow ramp, up to 9,259 lb max recommended load and practical shore-access capability.
LANDX X11 default cabin

X12 base

The starting point for the widest deck in the range. The X12 Base gives you a functional cabin and the full open deck the platform is built for, wide enough for vehicles the rest of the range can't take. The extra beam also makes it the steadiest platform in the range, more stable underfoot when loading and working on deck.

Who it is for: Operators who need to move full-size vehicles or the widest possible equipment by water.
Best route or mission: Vehicle transport, heavy machinery runs, coastal and inland water operations.
Best for: Maximum deck width, the only LANDX built to carry a full-size vehicle.

LANDX X12 small cabin model aluminium landing craft

X12 small cabin

A balanced setup for heavy-duty work and protection, giving a more sheltered operating space while keeping the open deck and highest load capacity in the range.

Who it is for: Operators who work in mixed weather and still need maximum deck utility.
Best route or mission: Daily heavy transport tasks, contractor support, service work, all-season nearshore use.
Best for: A balanced mix of the range's largest deck and crew protection.

LANDX X12 large cabin model aluminium landing craft

X12 large cabin

Built for operators who spend more time on the water moving the heaviest loads with a full crew. Adds comfort and protection without losing the cargo-first nature of the boat.

Who it is for: Professional users who spend more time on the water and need sheltered space for up to 10 people.
Best route or mission: Longer daily runs, colder conditions, demanding heavy-duty work, frequent crew and vehicle transport.
Best for: Maximum protection for the range's biggest jobs.

LANDX-X9 custom build

Custom builds

Every operation is different. X12 custom builds let you adapt the platform for your exact use case, whether you need a different layout, added equipment or a more purpose-built working setup.

Who it is for: Specific workflows, unusual loading patterns or specialist operating requirements.
Best route or mission: Specialized transport, site support, mixed commercial use, role-specific work.
Best for: A mission-ready X12 built around your job.

The only LANDX wide enough for a full-size vehicle

Every other model in the range is sized for narrow equipment. At an 11′10″ beam and a 9′10″ ramp, the X12 is wide enough to load a standard vehicle, not just narrow equipment, straight from shore. It’s the model that makes the “truck on water” idea literal.

Max recommended load (payload)
The X12 carries a max recommended load of 9,259 lb, the highest in the range. That is enough for a full-size vehicle, a compact excavator or a deck stacked with building materials in a single run.

Deck
The deck length has not yet been confirmed.

Draft
The X12 has a draft of 12″–20″ depending on load, the same as X10 and X11. That means the X12 can nose straight onto shallow beaches, unimproved shores and low-tide landings where deeper boats have to stand off.

Ramp
The bow ramp is 9′10″ wide, the widest in the range, and lowers on an electric lift. Rated at 1,764 lb, it takes a full-size vehicle straight on and off under its own power, with no crane or quayside gear needed.
